The package is traceable on the courier's web systems to give you more control over the status of the delivery. The indicated timing excludes islands, disadvantaged areas, periods of particular intensity and unforeseen events for the courier during delivery.
The shipping cost fees will be calculated upon receipt of the order. Carriage cost vary depending on the country of destination, total weight and volume.
Furthermore, prices include taxes and customs fees.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 Euro.
Right of withdrawal
Customer has the right to withdraw from purchasing contract within 14 working days, from the day he received the purchased goods (pursuant of and by effect of Article 49, paragraph 4, Italian Legislative Decree dated February 21 2014No. 21).
The products returned must be intact, still sealed if possible, in their original packaging: for products damaged or altered by the consumer, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to return a product, it is enough that you respect the limit of the 14 working days, and that you send us a written communication concerning the return by e-mail.

We will take care of reimbursement or replacement as quickly as possible, within 14 days from the date on which we became aware of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw.
This refund does not include the shipping costs incurred by the Consumer to return goods.
Cancellation of Orders
Microclima offers customers the possibility to cancel an order. You can request cancellation of the Order only before receiving the Order confirmation email from us. In case you wish to proceed with the cancellation at this stage, please contact us as soon as possible (email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in order to know the progress. Remember in any case that the cancellation of the Order can no longer be requested when the shipment has already started.
